- You are logged in as Guest
- You are using the generic "Search" tab
- You are in the "Schedule of Classes" section
- You are attempting to select a "Lab section"
- The registration period has passed for this class.

Try these: |
|
- Log into your online account and go to the "Add/Search Class."
- Click the "Add" tab at the top of the web-page.
- Select a Lecture section before choosing the lab.
- Select the correct "Term" for registration.

Yellow [Make Payment] button is missing |
|

|
|
|
Issue: |
|
Online payments are not available at this time
- During our enrollment cancellation process, online tuition payments are temporarily turned off. This normally occurs between 9 am and 1 pm.

Try these: |

- Wait 2 hours and then try again
- Contact the cashier's office to make a payment over the phone
|
|

Using the criteria in the search, there are no available classes at this time |

Try these: |
|
- Double check the subject and course number.
- Change your search criteria
- Un-check the "Open Classes Only" - this will return the classes, even if they are closed. Although you will not be able to register for a closed class, you can see what is being offered.
