Welcome to the GRCC Mathematics Department homepage.  The information contained here is offered to help you make decisions about courses that will meet your mathematical needs as you construct your academic plan for the future. 

Studies have shown that a diverse and broad background in mathematics expands opportunities in most career fields.

We utilize the latest technology in the academic setting to enable you to approach interesting problems using a variety of tools. 

We offer many of our courses through alternative delivery systems including interactive television, online and hybrid instruction.  (Hybrid instruction is a combination of online and on ground instruction.)

Suggestions for the time you spend at GRCC

  • Meet with a faculty member to seek academic advising about your future.
  • Use the GRCC Career Resource Center to learn about yourself and possible careers. 
  • If you plan on transferring, obtain a catalog from the University you may be attending to help you with your academic planning.  Contact the University.
  • Use the GRCC Counseling Center to assist in course selection.
