Through its Diversity Development Services (DDS), the Grand Rapids Community College’s Woodrick Diversity Learning Center (WDLC) will assist your organization with enhancing individuals and/or organizational cultural competency, building inclusive environments and building capacity to address issues related to empowering diversity.
Whether an organization is beginning its cultural competency journey or in the midst of expanding inclusion and diversity efforts, the WDLC provides customized consulting and training services. The WDLC’s innovated and experienced staff has assisted private sector businesses, educational institutions, youth development programs, non-profit organizations and government agencies in successfully fulfilling their diversity initiatives.
