Allen Carr is an author best known for his book "The Easy Way to Stop Smoking". He smoked five packs of cigarettes a day for 31 years, and in his book, he explains how he quit nicotine addiction. His book has received marvelous reviews, and has helped individuals quit smoking for years. Using advice made for smokers, it is a highly recommended way to increase your chances of becoming tobacco free.
