About Math Seminar
Mathematics seminar at GRCC is held once a month. It is a great opportunity to learn or share mathematics that we typically do not study or teach in our classrooms. Anyone interested in learning more mathematics is welcome to attend. Light refreshments will be served.
If you have anything interesting related to mathematics you would like to share with others, please contact Sang Lee, John Dersch or Yumi Watanabe in the mathematics department. We would love for you to give a talk at our seminar. The topic of your talk can be anything related to mathematics. (See the abstract page for a sample of talks that have been given or will be given in the near future.) Please check the future scheduled talks to see which months are still available for you to give a talk.
About a week in advance, flyers are posted on the first floor Cook Hall and some classrooms in the Science Building announcing the upcoming seminar.
