To set Novell Groupwise as the default mail client.

This is if you are having troubles with mailing links automatically opening up another program such as Microsoft Outlook or Yahoo Mail as the default.

To change settings in Internet Explorer.

  1. Click on the Tools drop-down menu at the top, and click on Internet Options.
  2. Click on the programs tab.
  3. In this tab, navigate to the E-Mail drop-down menu list.
  4. From this list click on “Groupwise”.
    5. (This might take a minute, because your computer is changing default program settings.)

 

To change settings in Mozilla Firefox.

  1. Click on the Tools drop-down menu at the top and click on Options.
  2. Click on the Applications tab.
  3. You will see a list of many different types of application types. From here navigate down to the ”mailto” Content Type on the left column.
  4. On the right under the “Action” column, click, and select “Use Novell GroupWise Client”
