The Health Education Learning Lab is located in the Cook Academic Hall on the campus of Grand Rapids Community College (GRCC), room 307. The lab is a drop-in center for students studying all nursing, radiology, occupational therapy, and dental classes offered at GRCC. Students may use this lab to study, practice skills, view assigned audio visuals, work on assignments for classes, and seek tutorial assistance. This is an active learning center supporting course study groups and student tutoring. The Health Education Learning Lab is part of a series of resource labs which are offered free of charge. The lab provides several student oriented services designed to assist students during their learning experience. Tutoring services are offered by appointment. Thanksgiving Holiday: The Lab will close at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 24, 2009 and
Fall, 2009 Lab Hours:
re-open at 7:00 a.m. on Monday, November 30.
Finals Week: The Lab will be open
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday,
December 14, 15, and 16 from
7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Winter Holidays: The Lab will be closed from Thursday, December 17, 2009 through
Wednesday, January 6, 2010 for the Holidays.
The Lab will re-open at 7:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 7, 2010.
