Process

Delta, , is a Greek letter meaning "change." The Delta Strategy is a community-driven process for initiating, implementing, measuring, and reporting community changes and improvements.


How it works:

 Community members decide what's needed
to improve their quality of life.

 People come together and join forces.

 We provide data to understand the issues.

 We move away from "who is right" and toward results that we can measure.

 Even community members with opposing viewpoints can work together to achieve worthy goals.

 Problem solving tools help us tackle the issue.

 As we solve problems it becomes easier to solve other problems.

 It never stops. The community keeps working to improve, and then to improve even more.
