RaiderCard FAQs 1. How do I replace a lost or stolen card? You should report all stolen/lost cards immediately. This can be done in 3 different ways.
It is important that you understand the policy regarding lost and stolen cards. Please read the RaiderCard Policies for more information. If found, deactivated cards can be brought to Student Life to be reactivated. 2. How does the RaiderCard work for parking? When using the RaiderCard you must always swipe your card when you enter and when you leave the ramp (even if the ramp gate arms are up). Failure to do this may result in the inability to get out of the ramp or to *A $2.50 flat rate will be deducted from your card every time you exit a college ramp. 3. Can other people, like my parents, put money on my card? Yes, other people can put money on your RaiderCard account. This can be done through the web using American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa. Go to the Deposit Funds webpage for more information. 4. How do I get my money back from the RaiderCard? Cash withdrawals from a RaiderCard account are not permitted. A Cardholder who wishes to receive a refund, must make a written request to do so. Such written request should be mailed to Cashier’s Office, 143 Bostwick NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49503. GRCC will mail a refund check within fifteen (15) days after it receives an appropriate request to receive the refund and the following conditions are met: (i) The account holder graduates, withdraws or is dismissed from GRCC and/or terminates employment; and (ii) The account balance is five dollars ($5.00) or more. Refund checks will be written in the name of the account holder and mailed to the current address on GRCC files. 5. How do I check my account balance? You can check your balance anytime using the Blackboard or at any Cash 2 Card machine. 6. What if I have a problem with my RaiderCard? 7. What if I change my name?
