Addthis: The calendar is now compatible with Addthis - making it easier to add events to your web content. *New Calendar Navigation: Browse events using a calendar format. *New Events by Date: A more comprehensive search of events in the calendar by category, key words and date range. Link to Events: Create a link to categories of events.. *New My Events: Allows users to customize the events they see when they visit the calendar by category. Quick Search: A simple search based on key words. Role-Based Navigation: View events specifically designated for Alumni, Employees, Community Members, or Students.. *New RSS Feeds: Send events to your reader, mobile device or other applications. *New Sign up: Allows users to sign up for email alerts when new events are added to categories they're interested in. |

Grand Rapids Community College's Events Promotion Calendar is for communicating GRCC events to students, employees and the community at large (for a complete listing of events on campus, visit CWEST). The calendar is geared toward the general public, and as a result is not all-inclusive (events must be sponsored/hosted by GRCC, or of interest to the college community).
Anyone, including students, may submit events for publication (subject to approval).
To submit an event, click on the "Submit an Event" link and fill out the form (make sure to complete the required fields).
Guidelines for Submissions:
Events must be directly related to Grand Rapids Community College and be open to the public. All submissions must contain a description of the event as well as a contact. GRCC reserves the right to edit submissions.
All banner ads must be created by GRCC's Graphic Design department and are subject to GRCC's Graphic Identity standards.
