Username Spelling Change at GRCC
Use this form to request a change to the
spelling of your Blackboard/Email username
To change your password - please contact the
Student Technology Help Desk: 234-3123Provide Legal Documentation to the Student Records Office
Access our Online Account Change request formOnce the Student Records Office has processed your "Legal Name Change", you may request that your Campus Network Login be changed to reflect your new name.
This change will affect the following:
- Blackboard Username
- Novell Username
- Email Address
Although you may submit your request anytime, to prevent loss of access/data during the Academic Semester, we only process requests between semesters:
(January 2nd – 10th ) and (August 18th – 28th )Before submitting the request:
Make sure your important contacts realize your email address will change (Copy their addresses to a safe location so you can send them your new email address when it is assigned)Save/print any emails you wish to keep (Email will not be moved or auto-forwarded to your new account)
Backup your files from the Campus Network Drive (J – Drive)
