GRCC is in the neighborhood!

Welcome to Adult Education at GRCC! Please take a few minutes to explore our programs. One of them may be right for you!

Adult Education is a great place to learn and build your skills for college or work. It does not matter how old you are, what language you speak, or how much education you have. Adult Education can help you get from where you are, to where you want to go.

We are located in downtown Grand Rapids, where people from all over can find a friendly place to build their skills; from learning English, building computer skills, getting a workforce certificate, to preparing for the citizenship test, and college. We also partner with Huntington Bank to provide Financial Literacy classes to our students.

The Adult Education program is housed the Leslie E. Tassell M-TEC, at 622 Godfrey Ave. SW. in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Our hours, which begin on Septenber 17th, 2016, are 9 a.m.-2 p.m., and 5-8 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 9 a.m.-2 p.m. on Saturday. We are closed on Friday.

Though we partner with GRPS to offer a high school completion program, GRCC no longer offers GED preparation courses and is not an Official GED Testing Center™. Please contact Grand Rapids Public Schools at 616-819-2734, or Wyoming Public Schools at 616-530-7500 if you are interested in preparation courses. Contact Beckwith School at 616-819-3259 for testing site information.
