Join GRCC alumni and friends as Chicago’s Magnificent Mile is transformed into a winter wonderland for the annual lights festival. The extravaganza begins Saturday morning, when stores unveil their holiday windows displays. Spend the day enjoying the myriad of holiday activities, visit the museums or shop until you drop. At twilight, enjoy the parade where Mickey Mouse, the “Sorcerer’s Apprentice” himself, will wave his magic wand, illuminating Michigan Avenue with a million holiday lights block by block to the Chicago River.
