Winter 2026

• Oct. 6 - Payment Plan opens
• Dec. 3 - Due date for tuition and fees
• Dec. 5 - Payment Plan, last day to enroll for 0% down and three payments
• Dec. 19 - Payment Plan, last day to enroll for 0% down and two payments
• Jan. 9 - Payment Plan, last day to enroll for 25% down and two payments
• Jan. 16 - Payment Plan, last day to enroll for 50% down and one payment
• Feb. 13 - Pell Grant and first half of Direct Loans, refunds available
• Mar. 20 - Second half of Winter Only Direct Loans, refunds available

Important information

• If you decide not to attend GRCC, you must officially drop your classes before they start through your Online Center to avoid being charged for them.
