College Leadership Council (CLC)

Team Purpose:

The purpose of the College Leadership Council is to provide a collective, holistic, and integrated framework for the president, vice presidents, deans, and executive directors, and faculty to engage in shared discussions/recommendations and action, in leading the college’s direction for the efficient and effective pursuit of the Mission, Vision, Values, and Ends of the college.

As a group, this team is authorized to make recommendations to the president that impact college-wide programs and activities including strategic planning and budget planning. They are also responsible for reviewing and recommending initiatives, proposals, and administrative policies to the president and vice presidents. The team also monitors the progress of College Action Projects and department dashboards.
