Late Form Submissions

What happens if you submit a late form?

Our staff will look to see if space is available and we will try to get the exam from your instructor in the time that you have given us. We will send out the request as quickly as we can and we will try to identify open space that can be monitored in our area. However, there is no guarantee that we will be able to obtain the test in time or that there is space still left available for you to test in.

What do you need to do?

If you have not heard from us you should call the testing center at (616) 234-3597 before coming for your test to see if your test has arrived.  If you cannot reach anyone at the testing center, you can arrive 20 minutes early for your test time to see if your test arrived. If your test has not arrived from your teacher, you must go to class to talk to your teacher about the situation. Make sure you study and are prepared to take your test without accommodations.

Note: No accommodations can be guaranteed unless you give us three business days' notice. We will do our best to coordinate the testing but we cannot be responsible for poor grades if you do not choose to submit the test request form with three business days' notice.

Refer to our chart of due dates to ensure your form is turned in on time.
