Final exams for Fall-09 take place during the week of December 14-17, 2009.
Procedure for turning in Disability Test Request Forms.
We require 3 weekdays notice to schedule a test. Every student is allowed one "OOPS" per semester, this means that they can turn in 1 form late. If the student turns a form in late again in the same semester, they must complete the test in the classroom without accommodations. The slate gets wiped clean at the start of the next semester. Please see below.
