Faculty Evaluation
The Faculty Evaluation Process at Grand Rapids Community College guides faculty members to reflect on past success and set goals for future achievement. It is the desire of Grand Rapids Community College (GRCC) that the Evaluation Process helps create a positive culture of faculty growth and development, supported by colleagues and administration. Every faculty member has strengths and areas in which he/she can improve. The Faculty Evaluation Process allows faculty members to exhibit their strengths and provide flexibility in developing areas which can be improved. The Process is designed to evaluate the five roles of a faculty member: Teaching, Student Service, College Service, Professional Development and Community Service. Details regarding the Faculty Evaluation Process can found in the Faculty Evaluation Plan.
