TAX CREDIT INFORMATION

The GRCC Foundation is approved as a 501c3 organization under the Internal Revenue Code.

"State law permits you to use the above gift as a credit against your Michigan income tax liability. The credit allowed is either 50% of the above gift or $100 ($200 in the case of a husband and wife filing a joint return), whichever is less. This gift is also a Federal tax deduction. No goods or services were provided in exchange for this donation."
