Congratulations, your approval is almost complete!

You are almost there!
Before you sign and send back your red slip, please look over these helpful proofing and production tips to make sure your job goes smoothly. :)

Proofing Tips!
Please print out a sample so you can examine readability, size, and image quality.
✓ Are people’s names spelled correctly?
✓ Are phone numbers, web links, and email addresses correct?
✓ Have we made all your changes?
✓ How do the colors look?

Next Steps?
• The project will not proceed without your approval, so please
digitally sign and hit Save and Send to Designer button.
• If you have edits please mark them on an electronic or printed PDF, or
write them out in an email - and send them to the designer.
• Please make sure edits come from one person,
  preferably at one time.
• Your edits may affect the project timeline.

After Approval...
• Graphics needs to prepare the file for production and coordinate
printing schedule with GRCCePrint. This can sometimes take a
full day, due to workload and schedule of interoffice mail.

Typical Printing Schedule
• One day for pre-press (setting up file for print).
• One day for printing the actual piece.
• One day for bindery (this can include cutting, folding, numbering,
  padding, booklet making).
* If there is a project that requires several pieces, or a large book,
then printing needs two days for production and two days for
  bindery.
