EMPLOYEE CONTRACT/HANDBOOK ADMINISTRATION Negotiate and contract administration for College Emplyee Benefit Aassociation (CEBA: skills trades and custodians); Educational Support Professional (ESP); Police Officer Labor Council (POLC: Campus Police Officers, Dispatchers) and oversee the Meet and Confer Employee Handbook.
