About Organizational Development Forum
The
Organizational Development Forum facilitates communications between
Organizational Development and all levels of GRCC employees. The new
council represents the perspective of GRCC employees regarding policies,
strategic planning & staff programs developed by Organizational Development
(recommending changes when appropriate) to give employees a voice through open
dialogue, in organizational changes most relevant to your work experience.
