The President’s Leadership Development Program provides leadership development opportunities for staff in professional and leadership roles within Grand Rapids Community College. This is accomplished by the President in consultation, with the Vice Presidents, appointing program participants to serve in the leadership assignments outlined in this brochure. The President ’s Leadership Development Program is a commitment to retain and grow GRCC leaders and to support GRCC’s Leadership Development College Action Project.
