Academic Records Review Form

  • Record Review Forms may not be honored for issues greater than a year old.

  • The committee will be responding back to you by email, normally within 10 business days

  • Please check that your email is entered correctly, as this is how the committee will communicate back to you.

  • Students who are disputing a grade will need to follow the Academic Grade Grievance procedure.

  • Submit any supporting documents within 30 days.

If you have additional documentation, please submit the information to the Student Records Office, 148 Main Building or fax it to 616-234-4204 or send it as an email attachment to registrars@grcc.edu.
