Veterans Benefits
There are two main types of Veterans Benefits
Applying for Active Duty Educational Assistance/ Selective Reserve Educational Assistance.
First Time Applicants for benefits will need the following:
- Admission to GRCC as a degree-seeking student
- An eligibility letter based on a completed 22-1990 form
- A copy of your DD-214 or NOBE
- A completed request for Military Transcripts
- A signed Veterans Responsibility Form
- A copy of your class schedule
Re-certifying for Continued Enrollment
- A completed Continued Enrollment Form
- A copy of your class schedule
All documentation should be submitted to Jan Chesla in the Student Record's Office (616-234-4129).
Applying for Survivors' and Dependents' Educational Assistance
