Summary: The team discussed how a comprehensive and systemic communication platform could support professional development. As well, the team determined that as an AQIP project, the work of developing a system can move from concept to operational, thus, as a “project” it can be retired. The work will continue, however from an AQIP standpoint we are able to direct our energy to another project.

Summary: Through extensive dialogue, the team determined that the next phase of supporting a professional development system, the college needs a comprehensive communication platform. Suggestions included a portal, knowledge management, or search mechanisms in order for employees to have learning and knowledge readily accessible.
