The Grand Rapids Community College Secchia Institute for Culinary Education will be holding an orientation meeting for Culinary Arts, Restaurant Management, Baking and Pastry and Personal Chef students enrolled in:
CA 111, CA 140, CA 209
Tuesday, August 29, 2017 – 6:00-8:00 p.m.
Wednesday, August 30, 2017 – 9:00-11:00 a.m.
This orientation will cover program requirements, policies in the program, review of the Secchia Institute for Culinary Education Student Handbook, uniform and cutlery requirements, and important college information to aid in your studies.
The orientation will be held in Room 130 of the Wisner-Bottrall Applied Technology Center.
