Community Service Work Study Program
Work Study is a financial award for students receiving financial aid (FAFSA). Application forms are located in the Financial Aid Office located in the Main Building, Room 156. Based on the financial information that you provide on your application, it will be determined if you qualify for financial aid and your options.
If you are found eligible to receive a Work Study Award, the financial aid office will direct you to the Job Placement Center located in the Main Building, Room 103. The Job Placement Center has position descriptions for community service work study jobs. If you decide that you would like to apply for a position at one of our community service work study sites, the Job Placement Center will refer you to our office located in the Main Building, G2, Room 59 where we will screen your application and work to place you in a position. Contact us for more information on how our office supports community service work study students.
The Academic Service-Learning Center does not award students money and only organizes community service work study positions for those Work Study students who are referred from the Job Placement Center.
