SES offers several different trainings which are open to our current students. Please scroll down to see which trainings are currently available.
Customer Service Training is only for new student employees. If you have previously taken the training or are not a student employee, please do not register.
- Students MUST register with Student Employment Services in order to attend a training session. Space is filled on a first come, first-served basis. If the desired session is already full, the student must choose another date to attend. If students do not register for a training and arrive regardless (walk-ins), they may be asked to leave the training if there is no room, and they will be informed that they must register for another session.
- Students MUST be able to attend the training for the ENTIRE scheduled time and MUST be on time. Late students will be asked to leave the training, will not receive validation for completion of the training, and will be asked to register for another time and date regardless of the student’s registration status for that particular training (registered or walk-in).
- Each training will be limited to 25 participants. If there is need for additional trainings, they will be arranged, and those who could not attend any of the initial training dates will be notified.
