What can I do in the Online Student Center?

  1. Enroll in or drop classes.
  2. Print a copy of your class schedule.
  3. Print a copy of your unofficial transcript.
  4. Request a copy of your official transcript.
  5. View your personal information for accuracy.
  6. Change your address and personal information.
  7. Pay for your classes.
  8. View your financial aid and billing accounts.
  9. View any holds on your records that may stop enrollment.

How do I get my GRCC Student ID number?

You must have a picture ID to obtain your student ID number from the Student Records Office. This number will also be on any correspondence from GRCC, such as a tuition bill.

How can I get my grades?

You may obtain your current and past semester grades through the Online Student Center.

Why can't I log in to the Online Student Center?

Make sure you are using a capital W plus your student ID#. Your password must be entered exactly as you created it since it is case sensitive. If you continue to have problems, call the Student Technology Help Desk at (616) 234-3123.

I've forgotten my password. How do I get it reset?

You may have your password reset, with a picture ID, at the ATC computer lab or the Enrollment Center. You may also contact the Student Technology Help Desk at (616) 234-3123.

The class I want is full. Do you have a wait list?

No, we do not have a wait list at GRCC. Enrollment in classes is on a first-come, first-served basis. Keep checking in the Online Student Center to see if an opening comes up.

How do I change my name?

A student name can be changed with a driver's license OR court papers and photo ID. Employees/student workers must go through Human Resources.

When may I enroll in classes for the next semester?

Enrollment is based on earned credits. You may find out when you are eligible to enroll by using the Online Student Center. Log in, go to GRCC Student, Student Center, and Enrollment Dates (on right side of page).
