Graduation Applications should be submitted to the Student Records Office when the student is within the last two semesters of the program. Graduation Application evaluations are based on the graduating semester, with the processing of the current semester audits coming before future semesters. The results of the Graduation Application evaluation will be e-mailed to you within 6 weeks after grades have been posted for the intended graduation term. Diplomas will be mailed 6-8 weeks following the end of the graduation term.
A Commencement ceremony takes place each May. Students who have completed graduation requirements in the Fall and Winter semesters of the respective academic year or will complete required coursework in the Summer session are eligible to walk in the Commencement Ceremony. Contact the Student Affairs Office for further details. Note: Participating in the Commencement Ceremony does not guarantee graduation.
You may earn more than one degree, but please note that two degrees may not be completed during the same semester and you will need to complete an additional 15 unique semester credit hours towards the second degree. Degree postings may be checked using the Online Student Center to view your unofficial transcripts.
