Leslie E. Tassell M-TEC
Built with a generous donation from Leslie E. Tassell on a brownfield site now restored to valuable commercial land by MichCon, the Tassell MTEC is GRCC's newest gem. Programs range from Automotive Servicing, to Manufacturing, and to Building Trades & Construction.
The Tassell M-TEC offers:
- 90,000 square feet of space devoted to workforce training.
- 85 computer stations with internet access/advanced software applications.
- 300 construction trades apprentices.
- Customized training provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- Limited conference services available to the community.
- A world-class 23-bay Automotive Service training facility.
- A world-class Metal Forming & Welding training facility.
