Secchia Banquets and Catering has been exceeding expectations by providing outstanding service and spectacular food to the Wisner-Bottrall Applied Technology Center and the McCabe – Marlowe House since being founded.

Our talented team of chefs are graduates of the Secchia Institute for Culinary Education (SICE) here at Grand Rapids Community College where we also employ SICE students as student employees to provide them with extremely valuable hospitality industry experience.

As a branch of the nationally recognized Secchia Institute for Culinary Education, we take pride in providing the best guest experience possible. We utilize the season's freshest ingredients to prepare food that is as appealing to the eye as it is to the pallette. We enjoy working directly with guests to help ensure the highest level of satisfaction is achieved. We do our best to fulfill every customer request regarding special menus, dietary restrictions and room set-up requests.
