Research continues to illuminate disparities in STEM areas that include, but are not limited to enrollment in academic programs, hiring, compensation, workplace bias, and cultural empathy. Therefore, it is paramount that practitioners and scholars of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math engage in projects that support and advance diversity in these areas of practice. STEMulating Diversity Praxis is designed to provide administrators and faculty with teaching practices, cultural competence, and methods of research that support inclusivity and innovation.
