National Career Readiness Certificate

Studying being done by students.

The National Career Readiness Certificate is composed of three WorkKeys® assessments that measure skills critical to on-the-job success: Applied Mathematics, Reading for Information and Locating Information. Certificates are awarded at four levels: Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze — based on an individual’s performance on the assessments.

Adult Education integrates the KeyTrain™ system in their English-as-a-Second-Language (ESL) curriculum  to help students work on their own pace to learn, practice and demonstrate the skills they need to succeed in the workforce. The ESL program will pay the testing fee for students to take the National Career Readiness Certificate to measure the skills that are critical to a job when the student is ready.
