Thank you for your interest in facilitating a session. Please fill out the CTE Facilitation form with a description of your session.
The CTE will:
- Schedule your on-campus location.
- Provide information/registration details for your session in a weekly email to all faculty.
- Provide a roster 48 hours prior to your scheduled session (you may request a roster at an earlier date by contacting Toy McNeal at firstname.lastname@example.org or (616) 234-2180).
Any further promotion of your session, including funding, or contact with registered participants is the responsibility of the facilitator.
- If you need additional technology beyond what is provided in the classroom, Media Technologies offers a variety of multimedia equipment for checkout to faculty and staff. Whether you need a video projector, VHS/DVD player or other presentation device, you now have a one-stop, convenient location to check out equipment. Visit Media Technologies for more information.
- Do you want to provide more advertising for your session? GRCC Today posts daily updates for faculty and staff. To submit content, please email email@example.com.
- If you’d like to provide food for your session, please contact Campus Dining. The cost of food will not be covered by the CTE.
