The Counseling and Career Development office presents a series of Mind-Body Wellness events for the campus community. These events promote student wellness, particularly mental and emotional health and resiliency, to enhance academic, occupational, and interpersonal functioning. Events include weekly activities, such as mindfulness meditation and tai chi, and presentations on a variety of useful topics. Check back end of August for our Fall 2019 offerings. All GRCC students, faculty, and staff are welcome to attend.
