Professional Interests: Holistic wellness, mindfulness-based approaches, multicultural & LGBTQ+ matters & identities

Therapeutic Approach: My approach to counseling is integrative, drawing primarily from client-centered, interpersonal, cognitive behavioral, multicultural, and holistic health perspectives. I try to foster a collaborative working relationship in which clients feel understood, accepted, and supported. We often work on enhancing self-care habits and coping skills. We may explore patterns in thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and/or relationships, consider how those may be contributing to current difficulties or resilience, and then learn strategies for developing new patterns and leveraging strengths to achieve client goals.

Personal interests: Health & wellness, woodworking, and home improvement
