The Department of Experiential Learning administers the oversight of the service learning designation which is added onto the student’s official transcript. By completing this form, the department will review your submission for accuracy and place the service learning designation onto the transcript.
Grand Rapids Community College (GRCC) expects all students to conduct themselves with maturity and respect for others and to behave in a manner that will allow us to be welcome at our service sites. It is your responsibility to know and adhere to GRCC’s Student Code of Conduct. Additionally, you will abide by all rules applicable to conduct in a classroom environment and all service activities. Failure to do so jeopardizes service learning experiences for future students.
