Jennifer Kelly is GRCC's Labor Relations and Equal Opportunity Generalist, in the Office of General Counsel. She has been with GRCC since 2008. After serving students for several years in Admissions and Enrollment, she moved to Human Resources where she has actively served faculty and staff in both Staff Development and Payroll roles.
In her position, Jennifer supports both General Counsel and the Director of Equal Opportunity Compliance, in employment and ethics matters, and responds to FOIA requests.
She received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Saginaw Valley State University, in Michigan and her Master of Science in Human Environmental Sciences, and a Graduate Certificate in Conflict Mediation, Management & Negotiation, from The University of Alabama (Roll Tide!). She is also a proud member of GRCC's 2018 Leadership Institute cohort.
