Jennifer Kelly is GRCC's Labor Relations and Equal Opportunity Generalist, in the Office of General Counsel. She has been employed by GRCC since 2008. After serving students for several years in Admissions and Enrollment, Jennifer moved to Human Resources where she has actively served employees in both Staff Development and Payroll and FMLA Coordinator roles.
In her position, Jennifer acts as the college's Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Coordinator, and responds to Freedom of Information Act requests, as FOIA Coordinator. Jennifer's primary function is to support both the General Counsel and the Director of Equal Opportunity Compliance, in employment and ethics matters.
She received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Saginaw Valley State University, in Michigan and her Master of Science in Human Environmental Sciences, and a Graduate Certificate in Conflict Mediation, Management & Negotiation, from The University of Alabama (Roll Tide!). She is also a proud member of GRCC's 2018 Leadership Institute cohort.
