Join Us! Here's How It Works:

Show up to any class, breathe, move your body and have fun! Classes are open to Faculty, Staff, Adjuncts, Contingency Employees, and Student Employees at no cost! It's a lot of fun!

You are always welcome to bring your spouse, child over 18 or friend(s) to these classes. Non-GRCC employees participating are asked to pay a small $20.00 fee per semester to unlimited access to all employee wellness classes. All are welcome!

Please complete the registration form which includes a waiver and a calendar appointment will be sent.

Please Note: Masks are required for indoor classes and while inside the Ford Fieldhouse (health club, locker rooms, etc)

Fitness Fusion  This class gives you everything you have asked for: cardio, strength, and core fitness in 45 minutes! Beth Tuesday 12:30-1:15 p.m.
