Join Us! Here's How It Works:

Show up to any class, breathe, move your body and have fun! Classes are open to Faculty, Staff, Adjuncts, Contingency Employees, and Student Employees at no cost! It's a lot of fun!

You are always welcome to bring your spouse, child over 18 or friend(s) to these classes. Non-GRCC employees participating are asked to pay a small $20.00 fee per semester to unlimited access to all employee wellness classes. All are welcome! 

To register, please complete the registration form and a Zoom link will be sent in a calendar appointment.

Please note for the In-person/Outdoors session of Raider Strong: masks are required in the Fieldhouse and locker rooms. However, they are not necessary outside as long as social distance is maintained.

May 3 - August 27, 2021

Mondays

Noon - 12:45 p.m.: Raider Strong with Lannie
Take it at your own pace with interval training to strengthen your muscles and improve your energy level!

Tuesdays

Noon - 12:45 p.m.: Fitness Fusion with Beth
This class gives you everything you have asked for: cardio, strength, and core fitness in 45 minutes!

Wednesdays

Noon - 12:45 p.m.: Raider Strong with Lannie *In-person/Outdoors!
Take it at your own pace with interval training to strengthen your muscles and improve your energy level!

Thursdays

6:45 a.m. - 7:30 a.m.: Rise & Shine Yoga with Danielle
Simple yoga, stretching, as well as meditation & relaxation to start your day with a fresh mind, an energized body, and an uplifted spirit!

 

GVSU & GRCC Wellness Partnership

GRCC employees may also attend any and all of the wellness exercise classes offered through GVSU for a small $20 fee. Please view the GVSU Wellness page to view their offerings.
