Technical Support for Students

GRCC provides student support for Blackboard and other college technologies related to your online coursework at the college.

If you have a technical problem with Blackboard, it is important to notify your instructor as well as to consult with the IT Customer Support department. This department's goal is to better help you, the community, understand and utilize your technology at GRCC.

During the semester, if you need to contact your instructor or the IT Customer Support Department it is helpful if you:

  1. Be as specific as possible about the problem you are having.  If there is an error message, please copy and paste the exact message into an email.
  2. Include the specific course (with course ID or four-digit section code) you are in, where in the course you are experiencing difficulty and your full name.
