Orientation for CA 111, CA 140 and CA 209

Culinary Arts, Restaurant Management, Baking and Pastry, and Personal Chef students enrolled in CA 111 and/or CA 140 and/or CA 209 are required to participate in an online SICE orientation.  The link to the orientation will be emailed to students prior to the start of the semester.

You will learn:

  • Important SICE policies to assist your success in the program
  • Tutoring options
  • Uniform requirements
  • Cutlery kit requirements

The SICE Handbook will also be reviewed.
