Orientation for CA 111, CA 140 and CA 209

Culinary Arts, Restaurant Management, Baking and Pastry, and Personal Chef students enrolled in CA 111 and/or CA 140 and/or CA 209 are required to attend orientation. (If you have already attended the orientation in a previous semester, you do not need to attend a second time.)

Tuesday, August 30, 2016 - 6:00-8:00 p.m.


Wednesday, August 31, 2016 - 9:00-11:00 a.m.

Orientation will be held in Room 168 of the Wisner Bottrall Applied Technology Center.

You will learn:

  • Important SICE policies to assist your success in the program
  • SICE Library use and policies
  • Tutoring options
  • Uniform requirements
  • Cutlery kit requirements

The SICE Handbook will also be reviewed.
