Before you apply

Before you begin the application process, be sure to watch the Information Session for Healthcare Programs Video. Covid 19 Vaccination Requirement

Students enrolled or intending to enroll in any of GRCC's Health Programs that include off campus clinical components (credit or non-credit) will require a COVID-19 vaccine. This vaccine will be in addition to any other vaccination and program requirements dictated by accreditation standards and clinical placement requirements. This decision will best ensure the health and success of our students.  As a reminder, regardless of any exemption granted by GRCC, this does not guarantee an exemption from the vaccine requirement at clinical sites, and thus may impact a student's ability to progress. While some facilities may allow a GRCC exemption to stand, other clinical partners will require students to follow their own process for seeking an exemption.

Steps to apply

1. Fill out the online application.
2. Complete and submit the following documentation:
   • WorkKeys Assessment Score
     • If you have graduated from a Michigan high school in 2015 or after, you may have taken the assessment as part of standardized testing in 11th grade. Obtain your scores by contacting your high school or by calling ACT Workkeys (1-800-967-5539).
     • GRCC Workforce Training offers Workkeys assessments weekly. Register for the National Career Readiness Certificate Bundle at GRCC Assessments. Payment confirmation contains scheduling information.
3. • Student Immunization Form
     • Includes supporting documentation from healthcare providers.
4. • Computer Competency Badge.

• Computer Competency Assessment fee
• Certification Exam fee
• WorkKeys Talent and Fit Assessment fees
• Textbook, Workbook and supplies
• Mandated clothing

Tuition does not include:

• Required Immunizations that the participant may need to complete
• WorkKeys NCRC assessment fee
