Information: Provost's Update

Information and Dialogue: Sabbatical Committee- Mursalata Muhammad will present changes to process, application, reporting and/or policy from the earlier feedback

Information and Dialogue: Sabbatical Report- Luanne Keizer will present a summary of work accomplished during her sabbatical

Information and Dialogue: Athletes and athletic programs- Doug Wabeke and Tina Hoxie will present a comprehensive assessment of the status of athletics and student athletes at GRCC (File too large to upload in webbuilder)

Information and Dialogue: Student Conduct Update on situations/needs for faculty- Sara Dorer will present a comprehensive summary of cases handled to date and explain current Student Conduct projects 
 
Information and Dialogue: Mandatory PY 100 Placement— Linda Spoelman will present a proposal for placing students in PY 100 (File too large to upload in webbuilder)

Information and Dialogue: Academic Standards/Standards for Teaching Practice - Robert Long and team will present a code of teaching practice standards and gather feedback for a future vote

Information and Dialogue: Feedback from AQIP Systems Portfolio-Donna Kragt will present feedback regarding our AQIP Systems Portfolio and address the next steps in the Portfolio process

Information: Academic Outreach - Dan Clark will
· update AGC on growth and challenges
· present actions steps taken to address known concerns and to answer questions
· present an update on accomplishments, barriers, plans and connections to the institution (CAP’s, Departmental plans, etc.) and to request action (if any) from AGC

Information: Technology-Bill Ouchark and team will update AGC on changes in IT around Academics and Customer Service, and current list of projects.
