Campus Wide Event Scheduling Tool - CWEST

CWEST is the tool for viewing and scheduling GRCC classes and events.

All Events should be scheduled through the CWEST Webviewer Online Calendar Form. 
Events scheduled in the GRCC Homepage Calendar of Events will NOT reserve your space.

Request Space for your Event - Requires Novell Username and Password

As Part of the GRCC Energy Conservation Program rooms are kept in an unoccupied status unless an HVAC request is made for the room (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning for the event) Please complete the HVAC electronic request form

FAQ's - Using the CWEST Webviewer Request Form to Schedule an Event

Question:
If I put in a request through the CWEST Webviewer Request Form, how do I go about making a change to that request?

Answer:
Once you have gotten a confirmation email from a scheduler, you would contact that scheduler via phone or email to request changes.

Question:
Is it possible to select more than one room when filling out a request thru the Webviewer Request Form?

Answer:
Not at this time. You may however, ask for additional rooms in the ‘Comments’ section of the Webviewer Request Form or include these in the 'Other' field found under space preferences.

Question:
I have placed a check mark on all of the resources that I need for my event on the CWEST Webviewer Request Form, does this mean that the event scheduler will take care of obtaining these resources for me?

Answer:
No.  The CWEST Webviewer Request Form is only to help the scheduler find an appropriate room for your event.  You are responsible for gathering any additional resources you need for your event.

Question:
What is the difference between what I put in the 'Comments' field compared to what I put into the 'Details' field on the Webviewer Request Form?

Answer:
The event form ‘Comments’ field is any additional information you would like to give to the scheduler to help them find a space for your event.

What you put in the  ‘Details’ field is what gets shown on the Web when someone double clicks on your event to get more details.  In this field you might add information about parking, entrance fees, or event coordinator contact information - please check your spelling and grammar in this field as it is shown on the web and does reflect on GRCC.
