The Facilities Department creates, maintains and operates environments that foster student growth and learning. Well maintained, quality facilities are vital to the college mission and enrich the lives of our students and community.
Maintenance Emergencies
Report emergency conditions to GRCC Police at (616) 234-4010, or to the Facilities office at (616) 234-4057. Emergency conditions are those that could endanger life, health, or safety of a person or result in damage to college property (e.g., flood, water pipe breakage, steam leak, electrical short or exposed wiring).
Services
The Facilities Department is staffed with dedicated, skilled, professional employees trained in every trade required for the maintenance, repair and renovation of campus facilities. Services offered range from grounds maintenance to custodial services to heating, ventilation and controls to project planning, design and construction.
