Join us! Here's how it works:

Show up to any class, breathe, move your body and have fun! Classes are open to faculty, staff, adjuncts, contingent and student employees at no cost! It's a lot of fun!

You are always welcome to bring your spouse, child over 18 or friend(s) to these classes. Non-GRCC employees participating are asked to pay a small $40 fee per semester to unlimited access to all employee wellness classes. All are welcome!

Please complete the registration form (includes a waiver), and a calendar appointment will be sent.

Fall 2023 semester: August 28-December 21

NO class on Mon Sept 4 (Labor Day) or Wed Nov 22 or Thurs Nov 23 (Thanksgiving holiday observance)

Instructors demonstrate proper bike setup and adjustments for a safe ride. As you see, no change to the class days and times. Wednesday classes will meet on the steps in front of the FFH to enjoy exercising outside. What a GREAT way to get fresh air and sunshine!
