For students and staff, a RaiderCard is the key to GRCC. It is an ID that also allows you to pay for parking, borrow books and technology, access buildings and more.

All students and employees are required to have a RaiderCard as part of our ongoing commitment to campus safety.

Check Your Balance

Get a RaiderCard

  • Once you are signed up for classes, bring a photo ID to one of these places:
    • Center for Student Life & Leadership
    • Tassell MTEC
    • Lakeshore Campus
  • They will take your photo and make your card the same day. You can also upload your own photo online through "My GRCC."
    Your first card is free.
  • Online students still need to come to campus to get their card.
  • After hour ID card pickups are by appointment only and can be arranged by emailing raidercard@grcc.edu

Pay for Parking

As a student- Once you’ve added money to RaiderCard, you can use it to park for $3.50 per day. Without a RaiderCard, parking costs $2.50 for 30 minutes and up to $12 per day.

Check and Manage Account Balances

Log into My GRCC and click on StudentLink or use an on-campus kiosk.

  • Personal funds on your RaiderCard account do not expire.
  • StudentLink allows you to set up automatic deposits from your bank account or add low balance alerts.

Manage Other Accounts in StudentLink

When using StudentLink, students may see some special accounts when looking up their balance.

  • Financial Aid: Students who get financial aid can transfer up to $75 of their aid to their RaiderCards once each semester.
    • Funds are held only for the first four weeks of the semester. Anything not used will be removed and issued as part of a financial aid refund.
    • In the Online Center, select the Financial Aid tile and authorize funds to be used at the bookstore.
  • Promise Zone: Students who get the Promise Zone Scholarship or who are part of the Challenge Scholars program get up to $500 each semester that they are eligible for on-campus needs.
    • This can be used for all purchases.
    • After books are initially purchased in the bookstore, these funds cannot be used again in the bookstore that semester.
    • Unused funds are removed from the RaiderCard after each semester.
    • RaiderCard funds do not get added during summer.
  • Meal Voucher: Students can get $11 per week for food on campus (Raider Grill, Quiet Cafe, Patatas, Subway and Sneden Cafe).
    • Money does not roll over from week to week.
