Sessions are held on a walk-in basis. Only the first 30 participants will be admitted to each session so you should plan to arrive early. Sessions last one hour. Workshop is held in 336 Student Center.

Academic Standing Policy

Once a student has attempted 12 credit hours, he/she must maintain a cumulative GPA of not less than the following:
 

Credit hours attempted

Minimum Cum GPA Required

12-14 credits

1.5 GPA

15-28 credits

1.75 GPA

29 and above 2.00 GPA


This policy applies to all credit students regardless of degree status, program of study and financial aid status.
 

If you did not maintain the required GPA, you are placed on Academic Probation and are required to attend one Academic Success workshop. Sessions are held at various times and days to meet your needs.


You do not need to pre-register for the session but you should plan to arrive early. Late arrivals will be required to attend a future session. Your registration hold will be removed within 24 business hours of attending the workshop and signing the Success Contract.
